Strong Families Through Education, Encouragement and Support
Differential Response
Together we can make a difference!
Differential Response is an approach to ensuring child safety by expanding the ability of child welfare agencies to respond to families at the first sign of need.
The DR Program along with support services from the Family Resource Center will offer strength based support through home or community visits. During these assessment visits, the family may be offered a variety of services. the goal for this program is to empower families based on their unique strengths, individual needs and risks.
The DR team will respond to referral from the Division of Child & Family Services to offer families community support and assistance.
